Dinesh D'Souza believes that new revelations to emerge from the latest WikiLeaks dump reinforce that the Clinton Foundation is "morally reprehensible."

On "Fox & Friends" this morning, D'Souza explained that the Clintons apparently used foundation money for personal uses like Chelsea Clinton's wedding and living expenses, which amounts to "theft."

He asserted that the foundation was essentially siphoning money away from its intended beneficiaries.

"You might have aid money allocated to Haiti, and the Clintons are claiming that they did it to help the Haitian people, but they're taking money away from people who need food, they need water, they need basic roads rebuilt and so on," D'Souza said.

He added that he believes the Clintons are also stealing from the American people by using tax deductible donations to the charity on "non-tax deductible expenses."

"The overall message of all this is that with the Clintons, we're dealing with a kind of bottomless level of corruption."
