Rudy Giuliani says that troubling revelations about the FBI's investigations related to Hillary Clinton are just more evidence that the Democratic nominee is a "corrupt person."

The former New York City mayor said on "Hannity" tonight that Clinton broke the law by having a non-secure private email server as secretary of state, and also by linking the State Department and the Clinton Foundation in a "pay-to-play" scheme.

He said the only way that Clinton avoids being indicted for her litany of crimes is if she gets a pardon from President Obama.

"He should promise the American people that he will not give her a pardon, whether she's elected or not elected," GIuliani stated.

"Between him and her, they have completely corrupted the Justice Department and the State Department," Giuliani added. "Donald Trump is going to have to put in reform agenda in both the State Department and the Justice Department the same way that had to be done after Watergate."
