Donald Trump announced to a crowd of raucous supporters that the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton's email server has been reopened.

The news broke shortly before Trump was scheduled to speak in Manchester, New Hampshire.

With the crowd chanting "lock her up!" Trump started by announcing the "critical breaking news" that had just come out.

"The FBI has just sent a letter to Congress informing them that they have discovered new emails pertaining to the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's investigation. ... And they are reopening the case into her criminal and illegal conduct that threatened the security of the United States of America," he said, calling her actions "worse than Watergate."
