Wednesday on The Five, Greg Gutfeld offered another 'secret to happiness' in his One More Thing.

"One secret to happiness is doing stuff before you go to bed that doesn't keep you up at night?" he asked.

He showed a video of a large bear who was about to hibernate for the winter, but similarly had a pretty bad itch.

"He knew it was going to drive him crazy, so he went and found a tree and he said...'might as well scratch that itch because it's going to be on my mind the whole time [I'm hibernating]'."

The quadruped bear stands up on his hind legs and begins rubbing his back on a moderate-sized tree.

Eventually, his itch is satisfied and he wanders off to sleep through the winter.
