Judge Jeanine Pirro thinks that Hillary Clinton "looked nervous" during the presidential debate on Sunday when Donald Trump vowed to get a special prosecutor to investigate her if he's elected president.

Judge Jeanine argued that's because there's a very "prosecutable case" against Clinton, not just for her private email server and mishandling of classified intelligence, but also for a pay-to-play scheme involving the Clinton Foundation.

"You've got a prosecution for perjury, for lying, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence," Judge Jeanine said. "It's all there."

She said that Clinton has been protected by corruption in the Justice Department, FBI and State Department, and Trump is right that "she needs to be prosecuted."

"I saw fear in Hillary's eyes."
