During the second presidential debate tonight, Donald Trump said that if he becomes president, he will instruct his attorney general to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton's private email server.

"There has never been so many lies, so much deception. There has ever been anything like it," Trump said.

He argued that people's lives have been destroyed for doing "one-fifth" of what Clinton did.

"It's a disgrace and, honestly, you ought to be ashamed of yourself."

Clinton said Trump's claims about her emails were untrue, adding it's a good thing that someone with his temperament is not in charge of the law in U.S.

"Because you'd be in jail," Trump replied.
