Students at an upstate New York high school took matters into their own hands during a sporting event after the loudspeaker in the gymnasium failed to broadcast the national anthem.

In a viral video posted to YouTube, teenagers can be seen standing on the bleachers, belting out the Star-Spangled Banner before a volleyball game.

On Fox & Friends, host Abby Huntsman called the impromptu sing-a-long "patriotism at its best."

According to YouTube user Marah Teague, the students are from Lansingburgh Senior High School in Troy, N.Y.
