Clinton said Trump's economic proposals amount to "Trumped-up, trickle-down economics."

She criticized him for proposing an even more "extreme" version of trickle-down economics.

Hillary Clinton accused Donald Trump of "living in his own reality" regarding her position on the Trans Pacifc Partnership trade deal.

“The facts are I did say I hoped it would be a good deal,” she said.

Clinton accused Trump of hiding something "terrible" in his tax returns. Trump repeated that he cannot release his tax returns because he's under IRS audit.

“I made a mistake by using private email. If I had to do over again, I’d obviously do it differently,” Clinton said.

“That was more than a mistake. That was done purposely,” Trump responded.

Trump and Clinton discussed the "birther" controversy. Clinton slammed him for the "racist lies," while Trump accused Clinton of first raising the issue in the 2008 campaign against then-Sen. Obama.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton sparred over whether Trump or aides connected to Clinton’s 2008 campaign started the Barack Obama “birther” controversy.
