Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson caused a stir several weeks ago with his infamous "What is Aleppo?" gaffe.

Now, he's back with another moment that has left people scratching their heads...

On Friday, MSNBC's Kasie Hunt was interviewing Johnson about the latest polls and Monday's presidential debate - which Johnson did not qualify for.

Bizarrely, Johnson stuck his his tongue out as he spoke, arguing that he could "stand up there for the whole debate and not say anything and emerge as the leader."

Hunt appeared dumbfounded by the candidate's strange antics.

When the “Morning Joe” panel viewed the cringe-worthy clip, co-host Mika Brzezinski asked in disbelief, “Did he do that?”

“That never happened to me in an interview before,” Hunt said. “But otherwise we had a very lengthy, extended conversation.”

Watch the awkward clip above, and let us know what you think about Johnson's latest blunder in the comments.
