Gingrich: Trump is Like Thatcher, Churchill; ‘A Permanent Upsurge Against DC Gov’t’

Tonight on The O'Reilly Factor, Bill O'Reilly reacted to Donald Trump's new child-care proposals, unveiled in a speech from Pennsylvania tonight, which include a guarantee of six-weeks' maternity leave for new mothers and daycare help.

Speaking to Carl Cameron, who reported from the campaign trail, O'Reilly said Trump's plan "is not the usual Republican smaller government situation."

"It's an expansion of the entitlement system."
