Some people are questioning Hillary Clinton's candidacy in the wake of her pneumonia diagnosis and growing health concerns. Bill Maher is not one of them.

The "Real Time" host took to Twitter to state that he would rather vote for "dead Hillary" than live Donald Trump.

"Pneumonia? I'd vote for Dead Hillary in this race. She could be Patient Zero for Bubonic Plague, still better than #TangerineNightmare," Maher tweeted, mocking the Republican nominee's tan.

Clinton's health has been in the news with her frequent coughing fits on the campaign trail.

The scrutiny only grew more intense when she collapsed after her early exit from a memorial ceremony for victims of 9/11 on Sunday.

Her campaign later said that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, and she would be taking some time off to recover at home.

What do you think about Maher's statement? Let us know in the comments.
