Charles Krauthammer said that Hillary Clinton's message has been "totally drowned out" by scandals and lies large and small.

He said that every day there is a new story about Clinton, and these stories are "completely overshadowing her campaign."

"Can anybody speak to what her message is? No because it is totally drowned out. ... There's nothing left of her message."

On the topic of her avoiding press conferences, Krauthammer brought up the Mark Twain adage about preferring to tell the truth because it's easier to memorize than lies.

"She's got a lot of memorizing to do, and I'm not sure she can do it," he said.

"I think she's smarter to dodge, wait and hide as long as she can, because it will be entirely about her stories, her lies, and all the shenanigans with the Foundation and the emails."
