Judge Nap: Clinton 'Failed Miserably' to Return Emails
Judge Andrew Napolitano reacted to State Department lawyers claiming that they need until the end of September to review 30 emails potentially related to Benghazi before they release them to the public.
Napolitano said "there's no way" it should take that long, saying that it's become apparent that Secretary of State Clinton "failed miserably" to return government property in the form of 15,000 emails.
"Is the Justice Department going to change its mind and decide that there's a half-dozen federal statutes that she violated? Probably not.
"Will a President Trump, if he's elected, unleash his Justice Department to prosecute her? Probably so.
"If she beats Donald Trump, would she pardon herself or would she instruct the Justice Department to lay low and just endure the political barrage that will come? Who knows the answers to these questions."
