Ainsley Earhardt sat down with Republican VP nominee Mike Pence to discuss a variety of topics, including the recent Trump campaign shake-up.

Pence said that former campaign chairman Paul Manafort did a great job, but he's excited to work with new campaign manager Kellyanne Conway and new CEO Steve Bannon, who he said bring "extraordinary vision and energy."

"What you've seen this week is a campaign that's on a roll," the Indiana governor said.

Pence added that the campaign has had a particularly strong week because Trump has been everywhere, giving interviews and speaking at campaign events.

In contrast, he said, "Hillary [Clinton] is in hiding."

He pointed out that it's been more than 250 days since she's given a press conference, calling for her to step forward and answer lingering questions about her private email server and allegations about a "pay-to-play" scandal surrounding the Clinton Foundation.
