Two of the mega-stars of the Rio Olympics teamed up to recreate the famous photo they took 10 years ago.

In the original, which we showed you last week, a 9-year-old Katie Ledecky went to an autograph signing in 2006 to see her idol, Michael Phelps.

But now it's Ledecky who is primed to carry the USA swimming torch. The 19-year-old phenom won four gold medals at the Summer Games, including her record-setting 800-meter freestyle victory that you have to see to believe.

In the new viral photo, it's the 31-year-old Phelps who is the autograph-seeker and for good reason.

Phelps, of course, is the most decorated Olympian of all time, racking up even more golds in Rio to end his career with a grand total of 23.

And Phelps insisted that this time he really is retiring from the sport.
