'I Want to Be Myself. It Got Me Here': Trump Sits Down With Baier

Trump Fires Back at Justice Ginsburg: 'Her Mind Is Shot - Resign!'

In her "Off the Record" message tonight, Greta Van Susteren said that when Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg criticizes Donald Trump for saying whatever comes into his head, she might want to look in the mirror.

Van Susteren said that Ginsburg has a First Amendment right to say whatever she wants about Trump, but if Trump is elected, she'd better recuse herself on all cases involving the White House.

"Because no one, not even the New York Times editorial page could ever think she could be fair. And now I wonder, what other biases are consuming her?"

Van Susteren also pointed out that Ginsburg criticized Trump for not releasing his tax returns, but hasn't said much about Clinton not disclosing her speeches to Goldman Sachs.

"Now, what's with that? Double standard? Bias."

Watch the commentary above.

UPDATE: Ginsburg expressed "regret" over her comments Thursday morning, calling them "ill-advised."

“On reflection, my recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them. Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office. In the future I will be more circumspect.”
