Ryan: 'Obama Is Phoning It In on the War on Terror'
Tonight on The O'Reilly Factor, House Speaker Paul Ryan expressed his frustration with President Obama and Senate Democrats over the fight against Islamic terrorism.
Bill O'Reilly told Ryan that Americans want to see their anger reflected in Congress and urged Ryan to pass a bill to declare war on ISIS, which he said would be a "game changer."
"The American people are as angry as I've ever seen them in my lifetime, and I think that Congress has to reflect that now," O'Reilly said.
"Talk about anger," Ryan said. "Let me just continue that. We passed a bill last year calling on the president to give us a plan to defeat ISIS. What did he do? He sent us a few pages of talking points. He is phoning it in on the war on terror. Trust me when I say we share that frustration."
"He's only president for a few more months, and you guys have got to mobilize," O'Reilly responded.
