Three Ohio women were arrested after they allegedly assaulted a McDonald's employee because she was "working too slowly," and judging by their smiling mugshots, they're lovin' it.

The incident occurred on June 8 at a McDonald's restaurant in Bellevue, about 60 miles west of Cleveland, according to police.

Apparently, the three women, identified by police as Ashley England, Mary Jordan and Sammie Whaley, assaulted the employee in the parking lot because she wasn't serving them quickly enough.

They were arrested the next day after security video was used to identify them.

According to the Bellevue Police Department, England was charged with assault, theft and child endangerment. Jordan was charged with assault and child endangerment. Whaley was charged with assault.

The child endangerment charges are due to the fact that England and Jordan had their children present with them and the children also participated in the incident, police said.

Shortly after their arrests, the women's smiling mugshots were posted to the department's Facebook page:
