The Black Lives Matter activist who was arrested for pimping an underage girl is also an accused financial scammer, Fox and Friends reported this morning.

Charles Wade, 33, made headlines recently after being arrested in Maryland for allegedly pimping a 17-year-old girl on a prostitution website.

Wade denied the charges, claiming the girl had lied. He faces seven charges and 25 years in prison if convicted.

On top of that legal trouble, The Daily Caller reports that a St. Louis real estate developer accuses Wade of skipping town and failing to pay more than $10,000 in rent.

Wade is said to have raked in possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars in online donations for a charity called Operation Help or Hush (OHOH).

The group was founded after the 2014 police shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and its mission was to provide housing for protesters.

The developer accuses Wade of continuing to accept donations while failing to pay rent on four properties.
