Viral Watch a Singer Awkwardly Miss Her Cue During National Anthem
This is cringeworthy.
At Saturday's FA Cup Final, singer Karen Harding awkwardly missed her cue during the the British national anthem before the game.
Harding, who appeared to be having trouble with her earpiece, stood silently while thousands of fans at Wembley Stadium sang the words to "God Save the Queen" around her.
She remained that way for most of the anthem, eventually joining in near the end and showing off her lovely voice.
That didn't stop social media users from calling out her mistake...
'Sorry I can't hear my cue to start singing the national anthem over all the people singing the national anthem' pic.twitter.com/P0PXSQOQ3V

That awkward moment when you're hired to sing the national anthem... but just can't be arsed #FACupFinal

How ironic that Karen Harding's biggest hit is called 'Say Something' & she stands there in silence instead of singing the national anthem

And when she joined the national anthem, how brave and innovative of her to choose a key all of her own. #FACupFinal

Preferred the soloist's contribution to the first half of the national anthem.
