Woman Punched, Car Slammed in Wild Texas Road Rage Brawl

A Connecticut woman says she was harassed in a Walmart restroom by another woman who apparently mistook her as transgender.

Aimee Toms, 22, posted a video to Facebook describing the incident, which allegedly occurred at a Danbury, Conn., Walmart on Friday.

She said she was washing her hands in the bathroom when a woman approached her from behind, called her "disgusting" and attempted to order her to leave.

"You are not supposed to be here! You need to leave!" Toms said the woman yelled at her.

Toms said she believes her short hair and the baseball cap she was wearing made the woman mistake her for a transgender individual.

“I can get why at first glance she would mistake me for somebody who’s transgender,” Toms said in her Facebook video, which has been viewed more than 56,000 times.

"After experiencing the discrimination they face firsthand, I cannot fathom the discrimination transgender people must face in a lifetime," Toms said. "Can you imagine going out every day and having people tell you you should not be who you are or that people will not accept you as who you are?"

She did not provide video or any other evidence of the incident.
