Eric Trump Tells 'Kelly File' About His Upbringing: 'There Were No Free Handouts'

Conservative author Brad Thor has taken a stand against Donald Trump, writing on Facebook that the presumptive GOP nominee fails his "litmus test of liberty."

Thor wrote that Trump "has not only failed to ever stand for liberty, he has repeatedly worked to undermine it," listing the candidate's positions on guns, private property, libel laws and socialized medicine as examples.

The post gained traction, getting shared by more than 10,000 people.

Thor elaborated tonight on The Kelly File, saying Trump has failed to act presidential and has displayed a troubling "tilt toward authoritarianism."

"I think Donald Trump is interviewing for the most important job in the world right now, and we are seeing him at his best behavior. This is as good as it gets, and it's horrible."

He later spoke on the character trait he finds most worrying.

"If you look at Donald Trump's character, he particularly has a very disturbing character trait, which is a tilt toward authoritarianism. And throughout history when you have leaders that tilt toward authoritarianism, very bad things happen."

Thor also said that Trump's has "got more positions than a porn star," which caused Megyn Kelly to pause for a moment.
