Fiery Judge Jeanine: 'Hillary's Homebrew Server Couldn't Be Hacked? Really?!'
Judge Jeanine Pirro questioned the Hillary Clinton campaign's contention that her private email server could not have been breached by a notorious Romanian hacker.
Earlier this week in a Fox News exclusive interview from prison, Marcel Lehel Lazar, known as "Guccifer," said "it was easy" to access the server.
The Clinton camp pushed back by calling the hacker's allegation "unfathomable."
There is absolutely no basis to believe the claims made by this criminal from his prison cell. In addition to the fact he offers no proof to support his claims, his descriptions of Secretary Clinton's server are inaccurate. It is unfathomable that he would have gained access to her emails and not leaked them the way he did to his other victims.
Judge Pirro, the former district attorney of Westchester County, New York, asked whether Clinton's private server - reportedly kept in a bathroom closet - was really impenetrable.
"Really!? This a homebrew server in Chappaqua, in a bathroom closet. ... Are you kidding? Who's a better hacker than a hacker?!" she said on "Hannity."
Sean Hannity pointed out that there's a long list of countries that could have also accessed Clinton's highly-sensitive emails.
Pirro said it's very hard to believe Clinton wasn't discussing classified information in her emails.
"What was she talking about?! Yoga?" she asked.
Pirro said she believes the FBI will return a criminal referral in the case, but it remains to be seen whether the Justice Department will move forward toward a possible indictment.
"You're darn right she should get jailed," Pirro concluded, arguing it should be that way for anyone "who puts the security of Americans at risk."
