Man Accused of Spying on Little Girl in Public Bathroom, Charged with Child Porn

“Come on, man! Are you kidding me?”

That’s what Florida's Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd had to say after a robbery suspect essentially led authorities to his own front door, Fox 13 reported.

It all started on Sunday night, when Ronnie Dougherty, also known as “Ronnie D,” decided to order some wings from Hungry Howie’s.

Planning to rob the deliveryman, Dougherty had his meal sent to a random address nearby.

When the driver showed up, he came out with a shirt covering his face and a gun in his hand. But all he made off with was $20 – not even taking the wings.

The true disbelief, however, came when Ronnie D called in to place his order.

The suspect apparently gave the clerk his real name – leading the pizza company to simply trace his past orders and come up with his real phone number and address.

“This didn't take a detective to solve. It took a clerk at Hungry Howie's to solve it,” said Judd.

“Our detectives walked over to the house, knocked on the door and Ronnie D opens the door. And we go, ya gotta be kidding us.”

Dougherty has now been charged with robbery with a firearm.

“Life's tough,” said Judd. “Life's a lot tougher if you're stupid.”
