New surveillance video shows a suspect wearing police gear inside a Texas church shortly before a mother of three was murdered.

Police say the suspected killer of 45-year-old Missy Bevers had a distinctive walk and could be a woman, Trace Gallagher reported.

Bevers was getting ready to teach a 5 am fitness class Monday at Creekside Church in Midlothian when police say she happened upon the suspect.

Her fitness students later got there to find her murdered.

In the new surveillance video - which does not capture the attack - the suspect ominously walks the halls of the church and rummages through rooms before Bevers' arrival.

The suspect wore what appears to be heavy tactical gear, like what a SWAT team member would wear.

Cops are now hoping that someone will recognize the suspect’s walk and come forward.

Police are also checking surveillance videos from nearby businesses to see if they can find a match.
