Geraldo and Bolling Get Heated Over Hillary's Wall Street Ties

As Hillary Clinton made her way to a swanky Los Angeles fundraiser hosted by George Clooney Saturday evening, a group of approximately 100 Bernie Sanders supporters showered her motorcade with cash.

The money Sanders backers threw at the Democratic presidential front-runner's motorcade was real, and it amounted to 1,000 $1 bills.

It was provided by Howard Gold, whose family founded the 99 Cents Only store chain.

Gold, who lives down the street from Clooney in Studio City, hosted the group of Sanders supporters for a $27-a-person fundraiser, to counter Clooney's exorbitant $33,400-per-ticket event.

As part of the festivities, Gold and other organizers handed out the $1 bills for attendees to throw at Clinton as she drove by, as they blasted "Hail to the Chief" and "We're in the Money" over a sound system.

Gold and others said the protest was meant to be a fun way to show what they called the absurdity surrounding campaign finance laws.

This comes as Clinton faces mounting pressure for her history with Wall Street and her unwillingness to release the transcripts from her Goldman Sachs speeches.
