NY GOP Chairman: Our Primary 'Could Decide Who the Nominee Is'

Politico has reported that a Florida prosecutor will not press charges against Trump Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski for simple battery following his contact with former Breitbart reporter Michelle FIelds.

The report says Palm Beach County State Attorney David Aronberg will make an announcement on Thursday.

Fields told police that Lewandowski forcefully grabbed her and left bruises on her arm while she was covering a Donald Trump event in March.

Fields has told "The Kelly File" that she has not heard from the prosecutor yet but that she does plan to pursue a defamation case against Lewandowski.

Watch the report above, along with discussion between journalist Katie Pavlich and Florida attorney David Wohl.
