Fox News Insider caught up with Jenna Lee's husband, former Navy SEAL Leif Babin, for the inside scoop on the Happening Now co-host.

Already the parents of Trace - their adorable 1.5-year old son - the couple just welcomed a daughter, Liberty Josephine, last week.

Leif, who was awarded a Purple Heart and Silver Star for his service in Iraq, let us in on Jenna's must-have refreshment, her #1 pregnancy craving/creation and her athletic prowess.

Read on to see some fun facts about Jenna and take a look at some family photos from her Twitter and Instagram. (Make sure to follow Jenna for lots of photos of Liberty!)

1. First date destination: 7-Eleven?!

Jenna has an obsession with Coke Slurpees. When we started dating, she suddenly gave me a very serious look as we drove past a 7-Eleven and said: "There’s something you need to know about me. It could be a show stopper..."

I waited curiously, wondering where this was going. Then she continued: "I LOVE Coke Slurpees." I made a quick U-turn and hit the first of many 7-Elevens to retrieve one for her and we haven’t looked back (or passed up a 7-Eleven) since.

2. She's an athlete.

Jenna is a great athlete and fierce competitor. Unbeknownst to her, I signed us both up for an Olympic distance triathlon.

She was a little surprised (read: anxious, nervous, and distraught because she didn’t even own a bike or ever completed a distance swim in open water). But on race day she dominated, finishing in the top 10 of her age group.

3. We'll just call this sandwich "The Jenna Lee"...

Her go-to pregnancy craving: an American cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and tons of extra pickles (only dill). It sounds nasty, I’ll admit, but for two pregnancies in a row, this gem has made a frequent appearance in the diet lineup.

Having tired of the strange looks from behind the deli counter I get upon this request, I finally decided to buy the ingredients and go with the homemade variety.

4. Sharks? No problem.

Jenna dove with sharks on our honeymoon in her first open water SCUBA dive. As a Navy SEAL, I insisted that my bride obtain her SCUBA certification. We reserved the open water dives for her final qualification for our honeymoon in the South Pacific. In the beautiful, crystal clear lagoon of Bora Bora, I assured her that her first open water dive would be an easy, shallow water dive to the sandy bottom to practice her skills.

When we arrived at our first dive site, it was outside the lagoon in deep water with large blacktip reef sharks and 10-foot lemon sharks circling the boat, fins protruding from the water like Jaws on the surface. Luckily, she wasn’t deterred, but we have often wondered if this was somehow an early metaphor for marriage.

5. Jenna takes Extreme Ownership.

She inspired and encouraged me and my business partner teammate, Jocko Willink, to write the New York Times Bestseller, Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win.

Despite her busy work schedule and full-time duties as a mother chasing around our son Trace, Jenna took the time to read and edit the manuscript and helped us translate our combat leadership principles to business and life.

We often talk about the follow-up book being “Extreme Parenting" and considering the new addition of our daughter, we might soon just have enough material!

Jenna Lee co-hosts Happening Now alongside Jon Scott on Fox News Channel, airing weekdays at 11:00am and 1:00pm ET. Leif Babin is the co-founder of Echelon Front LLC and the co-author of Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win.
