Woman on Nature Walk Has Breathtaking Encounter With Rare Panther

A cruise ship careened out of control on Thursday, forcing tourists at a San Diego pier to run for cover.

Seven people were injured in the terrifying crash, caught on camera by a vacationer on the busy walkway.

Thankfully, authorities say none of the injuries were life-threatening.

An investigation has been launched into what caused the crash, according to Fox 5.

But officials suspect a mechanical failure occurred when the throttle got stuck in the forward position, Fox and Friends reported.

Passengers say the crew was yelling out “brace for cover!” as the three-deck sightseeing ship slammed into the dock, causing significant damage to the bow of the vessel.

For a split second, it looked as if an elderly woman could have been badly hurt – but luckily, she managed to get out of the way just in the nick of time.
