The State Dept Tweeted a Warning to Spring Breakers and It Failed Spectacularly

Charles Krauthammer said on Special Report that it would be very surprising to him if Hillary Clinton ends up facing no action over her private email server.

Recent reports have speculated that Clinton will soon be interviewed by FBI investigators about her server.

Krauthammer said it's clear at this point that Clinton used the private server "to hide her communications from the world, from the Freedom of Information Act, and from the Congress."

"There's no other point in doing this other than to evade subpoenas, inquiries from Congressional committees. ... I think she gets either indicted or there's a criminal referral somehow squashed by the higher-ups. I can't see her getting away from this with nothing," said Krauthammer.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Clinton is currently at "the vortex of a perfect storm of legal misery."

He explained that talking to the FBI leaves Clinton in a "damned if she does, damned if she doesn't" situation.

Charles Lane of the Washington Post said he thinks there will end up being a report stating that Clinton was "very negligent" but did not commit a crime that can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
