Trump Hit With Lawsuit Over Inciting Violence at KY Rally
Donald Trump is being sued for inciting violence at one of his rallies in Kentucky.
Three protesters who attended a March 1 rally in Louisville filed the lawsuit, claiming that the GOP frontrunner encouraged an atmosphere of violence.
"Each time he said, 'get them out,' Trump intended for his supporters to use unwanted, harmful physical force to remove the protesters," the suit said, according to NBC News.
The suit also mentions previous instances of Trump saying he would pay the legal fees for someone to "knock the crap" out of protesters and also suggesting that a protester be "roughed up."
Greta Van Susteren said on "Your World" that the question is whether or not Trump was the "proximate cause" of someone being assaulted, which is something a jury will decide.
