An eyewitness of the Brussels terror attacks went "On the Record" this evening, describing the carnage that erupted after two suicide bombers detonated in the terminal of Brussels Airport.

Cedric Vanderswalm was inside the terminal, one floor beneath where the bombs went off.

A little while later, he posted a photo of himself to Instagram, covered in dust and shaken by what he just experienced.

He told Greta that he was about to board a terminal elevator when he heard a big explosion.

A wave of black dust hit his face. People started screaming and dashing for the exit, leaving behind their luggage.

"It was just horrible. Like a horror movie. I just can't describe it," he said.
