Donald Trump offered a job to a woman who said she survived the Sept. 11 attacks during a press conference for his hotel opening in Washington D.C. later this year.
The GOP frontrunner invited the woman on stage for an impromptu job interview after she asked whether the new hotel would hire veterans.
"Do you mind if I do a job interview right now?" he said at the podium. "We need good people!"
When Trump asked her about her experience, she said that she was a designer and decorator.
"And you like this building?" Trump asked.
"Yes, I do," she responded.
He then directed her to a manager at the side of the stage, saying "there's the man."
Turning to reporters, he then said: "If we can make a good deal in the salary, she's going to probably have a job."
Asked why he offered her the job, Trump said he had a good feeling about her.
"I have a gut instinct. We are allowed to have that," he said.
