Tantaros: Arrogant GOP Establishment Is Telling Voters, 'We Know Better'

During Marco Rubio's face-to-face with Megyn Kelly last night, the Florida senator said that his personal attacks on Trump didn't represent who he was and that he wished he could have done it differently.

"I'm not telling you he didn't deserve it," Rubio said, "but that's not who I am."

Charles Krauthammer said on "Special Report" that there was no reason for Rubio to back down.

"If I were him, I would be regretting his regretting," he said.

Krauthammer said that Rubio "stepped all over his story."

"He simply could have said, I was having a good time and now that's over, which is what Trump has been doing with great success."
