WATCH: Megyn Kelly, Krauthammer Get Shoutouts in Trump Victory Speech

TUNE IN: Greta, Megyn & Sean Present Full Hours With Each GOP Candidate on Wednesday

Charles Krauthammer weighed in on tonight's primaries in four states, including the big contest in Michigan and what it means for the Democratic candidates.

Even if Bernie Sanders ekes out a win in that state, Krauthammer said it ultimately will not matter; the Vermont senator is trailing Hillary Clinton by too many delegates.

"He cannot win this nomination one-on-one against Hillary," he said. "The only thing that stops her is what we've talked about: the FBI primary. In the absence of that, she is going to win."

Krauthammer cited Clinton's strong support among African-American voters, which he said the strongest and "most loyal element in the whole Democratic constellation."

Sanders would eventually be declared the winner in Michigan...

He also weighed in on Donald Trump's hour-long victory speech following wins in the Michigan and Mississippi Republican primaries, calling it "a performance" and "very weird."

"I don't think I've ever heard such a stream of disconnected ideas since I quit psychiatry 30 years ago," he said.

"I think people have a sense of humor about him, which is good, because otherwise they'd be terrified."
