Could drinking vino really help you lose weight?

Some experts say yes.

According to reports, studies show that drinking wine before bed could help you keep your figure.

In one study by Harvard Medical School, women who drank two glasses of wine each day were 70 percent less likely to be overweight, according to a report on Shape.com.

Another study from Washington State University last year found that a substance in red wine called resvertatrol is beneficial in weight loss, as the chemical turns your “white fat” into “beige fat” – making it easier to burn calories, reported Woman’s Day magazine.

Resveratrol is also supposed to be an appetite suppressant, which helps stave off those late-night munchies.
