Romney to Make Major Speech on State of the 2016 Race, GOP
Fox News learned that 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney plans to make a speech from the University of Utah tomorrow about the current state of the White House race and the choices facing the Republican Party and the country.
Senior National Correspondent John Roberts told "Happening Now" said that Romney may not single out Donald Trump specifically, but recently the former Massachussetts governor has been vocal about the GOP frontrunner on his taxes and position on the KKK.
Roberts said there's also no indication that Romney will use the stage to jump into the race or an issue an endorsement.
