Trump: Rivals Are Attacking Me Because They're Growing More Desperate

Cruz: 'Trump Embodies Everything His Supporters Are Angry About'

Donald Trump praised his wife Melania this morning for her advice on certain language out on the campaign trail.

Melania had said Monday that she doesn’t agree with some of the language her husband uses – including a vulgar word the GOP front-runner repeated about Ted Cruz at a New Hampshire rally after a woman reportedly shouted it out.

"She said, 'He's a p***y,'" Trump had said.

“I'm thinking like, 'Don't repeat it,’” Melania told CNN. “‘Just don't say it because the next day, media, all they will talk about is that.’ But he repeated it.”

Trump weighed in this morning. “She’s right, I have to say,” he said.

“I repeated the word … It wasn’t, you know, the worst word. It wasn’t like the former president of Mexico used. You know the word he used. That was the real word, okay.”

He added, “But I repeated it and I looked at her, and she’s sort of rolling her eyes. She said, ‘Don’t do it.’ Next day, as usual, it was all over the papers.”

Trump also laid out his plan to take on Hillary Clinton and spoke about his hopes for the outcome of Super Tuesday.
