During a special, two-hour edition of The Kelly File, Ted Cruz fielded questions from Texas voters, including one about his opposition to Planned Parenthood.

An audience member asked about a Texas grand jury's indictment of David Daleiden, the pro-life activist who captured undercover videos of Planned Parenthood officials discussing the sale of body parts of aborted fetuses.

"If Daleiden's case became a federal one, would you pardon him?" she asked the Texas senator.

"The answer is yes," Cruz said.

"If I’m elected president, on the very first day in office, I intend to instruct the U.S. Department of Justice to open an investigation into Planned Parenthood and to prosecute any and all criminal conduct by that organization," Cruz said.

"It appears Planned Parenthood is a national criminal enterprise committing multiple felonies."
