Poll: Hillary and Bernie Locked in Dead Heat for Nevada

What Impact Will '13 Hours' Film Have on Hillary and the 2016 Race?

Judge Jeanine Pirro and Andrea Tantaros took President Obama to task this afternoon on "Outnumbered" for skipping Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's funeral.

Judge Jeanine said that Obama's decision not to attend the funeral on Saturday - and send Vice President Biden in his place - is more personal, rather than being politically motivated.

"This is beyond politics," Judge Jeanine said. "He's dead!"

Tantaros said it's "lunacy" to blame the president's absence on a deep partisan divide in Washington, as some have tried to do.

She explained that not only has Obama created that divide, but Scalia was one of the people who consistently tried to reach across the aisle.

"It speaks to the unpresidential and arrogant nature of President Barack Obama that he is not attending this funeral," Tantaros stated. "This is astounding. It is really, really unprecedented and despicable."
