What Impact Will '13 Hours' Film Have on Hillary and the 2016 Race?

Fox News is reporting brand new information this hour on Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge reported on The Real Story that one email chain discussed an Afghan national’s ties to the CIA and a report that he was on the agency’s payroll.

Herridge said that, according to a U.S. government official, Clinton, then-special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan Richard Holbrooke, and possibly others were on the chain.

The documents were among 29 more classified emails recently provided to Congress, including 22 top-secret exchanges deemed too damaging to national security to be released.

Gretchen Carlson asked Herridge about Clinton's contention that some of the emails' contents are over-classified.

Herridge pointed to an executive order signed by President Obama, which states that the unauthorized disclosure of foreign government information is “presumed to cause damage to the national security."

Herridge said that legal and national security experts say that Clinton's assertions so far do not amount "to a defense under the law."
