A man in Florida has been charged after he threw a live alligator through a Wendy’s drive-thru.

Yep, you heard that right.

Officials say 23-year-old Joshua James was arrested after he grabbed the 3 1/2-foot gator from his trunk and hurled it inside the popular fast food restaurant.

He now faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon, illegally capturing an alligator and petit larceny, FoxNews.com reports.

The gator was later captured and released into a nearby canal.

The bizarre incident unfolded back in October, but it wasn’t until this week that James was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals.
