Bernie Sanders once played a rabbi in a romantic comedy.

The video proof of the independent Vermont senator's brief acting turn is making the rounds this week.

Here's Sanders as Manny Shevitz in a 1999 low-budget movie called "My X-Girlfriend’s Wedding Reception," which starred Debbie Gibson and Dom DeLuise.

Jimmy Kimmel couldn't help but seize on this moment on ABC, joking, "How is it possible that he was already 75 years old in 1999?"

Sanders also made a cameo as a homeowner passing out Halloween candy in a 1998 film called "Sweet Hearts Dance" and released a spoken-word folk album in 1987.

In last night's town hall forum, Sanders joked to Anderson Cooper that it was "the worst album ever recorded."

Sanders is getting set for a big head-to-head debate against Hillary Clinton tonight in New Hampshire.

When it's over, tune in to Fox News for all the reaction on a special America's Election HQ at 11:00pm ET.
