Outrageous 'God Is Going to Get You': Victim's Mom Removed from Court as Suspect Laughs
The mother of a teenage murder victim had to be removed from a Florida courtroom in tears after the man suspected of shooting her son laughed at her.
18-year-old Abrion Witcher is accused of killing 17-year-old Gabriel Wallace last December during an argument.
Fox 13 reports that Wallace’s mother, Starlett Clark, was objecting to Witcher’s $100,000 bond when he started laughing at her on-camera.
Footage shot in the above report shows Witcher smiling as he appears before a remote camera for his court appearance. Reports say he looked to be carefree and was “moving around a lot.”
Clark told the judge that Witcher had threatened her son several times before shooting him dead.
"You sitting up smilin' but God's going to get you, God is going to get you," Clark shouted tearfully at the screen.
She cried as bailiffs escorted her out of the courtroom.
“He murdered my son for no damn reason,” she said. “This is not a joke, my son was a lovable person, he was very amenable, he was respectful, he didn't do anything to harm anybody.”
