Krauthammer: GOP Race Could Get Very Tight After Iowa and New Hampshire

Ted Cruz's campaign is coming under fire over a mailer sent to voters in Iowa that some are calling "voter shaming."

The top of the mailer reads "Voting Violation."

It shows the recipient's record of showing up to vote as well as their neighbor's.

Iowa's Secretary of State Paul Pate issued a statement saying the mailer misrepresents Iowa's election law.

But Cruz is defending the mailer, saying it's nothing new and that he would "apologize to nobody for using every tool we can to encourage Iowa voters to come out and vote."

Lt. Gov Dan Patrick told Martha MacCallum said that Marco Rubio and the Republican Party have both put out similar mailers.

"People are looking for any reason they can to attack Ted Cruz because he's the consistent conservative in the race who has the best ground game."
