TX Court Sides With Cheerleaders Who Held Biblical Signs at Games

A little girl in pre-school was left alone inside a school van for some six hours.

Boston police said a person who was walking by the van heard the five-year-old crying from inside.

The girl was supposed to be dropped off at school after she was picked up at home.

April Sheffield-Boger said her daughter was "a little terrified" and had to be warmed up, but otherwise was unharmed following the incident.

Sheffield-Boger said the company who operates the van apologized, but didn't provide an explanation for why the girl was left behind.

Police are investigating.
