Trump: Obama's Tears Were 'Sincere,' But We Can't Tamper With 2nd Amendment

Donald Trump blasted out a new Instagram ad critical of Hillary Clinton's record on women's issues.

The 15-second ad, which Trump called "Hillary and her friends," plays a soundbite of Clinton declaring that "women's rights are human rights and human rights are women's rights."

It shows images of Clinton with Anthony Weiner and Bill Cosby and old images of Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

Trump went On the Record to explain his latest attack on the Democratic frontrunner.

Greta Van Susteren asked Trump why he's releasing these anti-Clinton ads before he has secured the Republican nomination.

He pointed out that Clinton started the fight by labeling him "sexist."

"I have more respect for women than anybody and I certainly have more respect for women than Hillary does and I'll do much more for women, if I'm elected, than Hillary would," he said, adding that with Mrs. Clinton, "it's all an act."

"It's nothing more than a response to what they said about me and I think it's very accurate," said Trump.
