Gutfeld Calls Out Media for Complaining That Terror Got Too Much Focus at Debate
On "The Five" today, Greg Gutfeld ripped the media's post-GOP debate coverage, which focused on how terrorism is crowding out the other issues on the campaign trail.
"As we've said before, both the media and our president can barely hide their disdain for your terror concerns," Gutfeld said. "To them, it's some trumped-up bogeyman that shoves their real concerns off the map."
He said the media's criticism that terrorism got all the attention at the debate is bogus, because they neglect to take into account the harmful, apocalyptic intent of radical Islamic terrorists.
"The end of the world is their lotto ticket, and they only need to be right once," Gutfeld said. "It's a simple point, which is why the left doesn't get it."
"While terror might not be the leading cause of death for now, disregarding it won't keep it that way."
