Frank Luntz Focus Group Picks Their Big Winners of the GOP Debate

Here Are Krauthammer's Winners and Losers from the GOP Debate

Clayton Morris gave us a full breakdown this morning on the biggest takeaways on social media from last night's GOP debate.

Morris explained that the moment that "resonated above all else" on social media was when Jeb Bush called out Donald Trump as a "chaos candidate."

During the heated exchange, Bush said, "Donald is great at the one-liners, but he’s a chaos candidate, and he’d be a chaos president."

Trump fired back by arguing that Bush's attacks stem from his low poll numbers and "disastrous" campaign.

Meantime, Morris said that Trump crushed the competition in terms of total number of mentions on Twitter.

Trump also led the way on the number of Google searches. The top five most talked-about subjects, however, did not include the economy.

They were...

1. Islam

3. Terrorism

4. Racial discrimination

5. Immigration

And in terms of the most positive responses on social media, Sen. Rand Paul scored the highest, beating out Marco Rubio and John Kasich.

Morris said respondents on social media had an overwhelmingly positive reaction when Paul said the U.S. must follow the Constitution when going after ISIS.
