Panetta: World Must Unite, 'Go to War' Against ISIS

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump continues to surge in the polls, and he has President Obama and the liberal media to thank for it, Bill O'Reilly said in his Talking Points Memo tonight.

O'Reilly revealed that a new CBS/New York Times poll has Trump leading the field at 35 percent, and a new USA Today/Suffolk University poll has him at 27 percent.

"There is no question many Americans, perhaps most, are angry with Mr. Obama," O'Reilly said, pointing to the president's failure to aggressively fight the war on terror, his inability to stop people from illegally entering the U.S. and a soft economy.

"The Factor" host said that Obama does not seem to care about justice or public safety, but the media is still largely supportive of his administration.

He said it's a joke seeing the liberal media demonize Trump while they support porous borders and a soft policy toward jihadist killers.

"Media pundits have lost a huge amount of credibility," O'Reilly said. "And the more they attack Trump, the more popular he gets."

"Mr. Trump has millions of Americans on his side, as the polls demonstrate. Again, he can thank Barack Obama and the left-wing media largely for that."
